How it works

From notice to decision — three stages

STAGE 01

We monitor

etender.gov.az and corporate procurement pages are checked daily. New notices, amendments and deadline changes are all recorded.

STAGE 02

We sort them by sector

Every notice is placed in one sector, or several — from the source's own code, from keywords in the title, and with an AI where neither settles it. So an IT subscriber gets IT.

STAGE 03 — OUR DIFFERENCE

We deliver them to you

Sent to Telegram for the categories and keywords you choose. Closing soonest first, a reminder for saved tenders three days before the deadline, and on Gold an alert the moment a notice is published.

Re-tender · on every plan

We show you the tenders nobody bid on

An open tender cannot conclude if fewer than three qualified suppliers bid. The buyer cancels it and re-advertises the same contract at the same price. We mark those with 🔁 and state the reason.

“Fewer than three suppliers submitted a bid and a bid guarantee.”

Public Procurement Law, article 36.1.1 — the portal's own wording

That is 18% of open notices right now. What it means is simple: fewer than three companies bid on this contract last time. Visible on the free plan too.

Pricing

Monitoring is free. Speed and reach are paid.

You should not have to pay to find out a tender exists. You pay to hear about it sooner, to follow more categories, and for keyword alerts.
