We find the tender whose title never names it
Procurement titles often don't say what is being bought. This one is a purchase of computers — you cannot tell that from the title. The buyer's own classification code says so.

An open tender cannot conclude if fewer than three qualified suppliers bid. The buyer cancels it and re-advertises the same contract at the same price. We mark those with 🔁 and state the reason.

Every notice is placed in one sector, or several — from the source's own code, from keywords in the title, and with an AI where neither settles it. So an IT subscriber gets IT.
