1. Who provides the service

2. What the service is

BidRadar collects procurement notices from public sources, sorts them into sectors, filters them to the categories and keywords you choose, and sends them over Telegram. Paid plans differ in how often you receive them, how many categories you may follow, how many notices each message carries, and whether you are alerted the moment a matching notice is published.

BidRadar is not legal advice and not professional procurement advice. The decision to bid is yours alone.

3. Accuracy of the data — the clause that matters most

Notices are collected automatically from third-party websites. Titles, deadlines, values, buyers and other fields may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. A source may amend, extend or cancel a notice without our knowing.

It is your responsibility to verify every detail on the source's own official page before preparing a bid. Each notice links to its source. BidRadar is not liable for a missed deadline, a misstated requirement, or a notice we did not surface at all.

Notices are sorted into sectors automatically, partly by an AI. That sorting can be wrong: a notice may be filed under a sector you did not select and therefore never reach you, or reach you when it is not relevant. Do not treat the digest as a complete list of everything published in your sector.

4. Free and paid plans

The Telegram digest is free and can be stopped at any time with /dayandir. No guarantee is given for the free plan: a digest may be delayed or not sent at all.

The paid plan (BidRadar Pro) is a monthly subscription. Prices are shown on the site and may change; a change takes effect from the next billing period of an existing subscription. You may cancel at any time, effective from the next period.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use BidRadar for unlawful purposes. Bulk extraction of the collected data, reselling it, or using it to build a competing product is not permitted.

You are responsible for the security of your account and your Telegram access.

6. Availability

The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Source sites can become unreachable, and notices from that source will then be delayed.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, BidRadar is not liable for a lost tender, lost revenue or indirect damages. Total liability under a paid plan is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

8. Intellectual property

The text of tender notices belongs to the issuing organisations. The platform, code, design and analysis output belong to Allmaz.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Disputes are heard by the competent courts of Baku.

The Azerbaijani version of this document governs; the Russian and English texts are translations.
